About Tributez

I lost my father in 2007 and even though several years have passed, I continue to revisit the things he did, the times we shared and the fact that unless you come across me or one of my family members, then his story will never be told. This needed to be changed.

Tributez is a place where everyone can share the stories of their loved ones that are no longer with us, in a succinct and engaging way. It is the intention of Tributez to remain forever available and provide a place where anyone can share in your memories and leave their own words if they desire. The realities behind the costs of running such a service mean that we have to cover costs somehow. Thus, there are extra templates available to friends of the site who purchase extra pages....and we have to utilise advertising. Maybe one day I'll be in a position to provide all the services in their full glory for free; time will tell.

All information stored on this site is freely available and as such; do not put anything here that you do not wish to share publically.

I also hold a belief that certain causes of death are environmentally linked and as such; the data collected within your stories may one day help assist in preventing the untimely death of others

I also recognise that you don't have to die to have a story - thus Tributez has a sister site designed to allow you to tell any story; about yourself, a loved one, or someone special. In fact, it doesn't even need to be about a person. It could be about your holiday through Europe, the road trip you just took or even your favourite restaurants - just use your imagination!
